Public help is needed to identify a suspect that shot a poor cat with an arrow leaving it to death in West Philadelphia- the Pennsylvania SPC-
A charitable person noticed the police about the injured cat next to a corner store on the 5900 blocks of Chestnut Street on Friday morning and the arrow was still lodged in the feline’s body.
Unfortunately, the cat passed away in the Pennsylvania SPCA’s Erie Avenue headquarters for emergency medical treatment after getting transported to it.
Injured cat owner was found and said that the animal had gotten away last night.
After watching some video surveillance of the area, a person can be seen transporting the cat with a shovel and throwing it in a trash can.
The pet was still alive at that time and much later the cat was founded at a considerable distance from the trash can.
