Enabled the leadership team of an emerging technology company to identify and target a new market resulting in a twofold increase in deal volume and sales. 


By assessing their core capabilities within the field of Topobathy LIDAR, we identified a unique value proposition and mapped it to previously unforeseen opportunity. The process took only three weeks, yet resulted in a re-energized founder, and a significant increase in their total addressable market (TAM).

Assisted a services firm implement financial forecasting to better manage cash and ultimately improve morale. 


Business was booming but management struggled with growing pains. The firm needed to make new hires to meet rising demand but cash always seemed short. Through a short-term contract, we identified critical areas of focus alongside unnecessary time-sucks. We undertook a collaborative approach and freed up existing staff to build, implement, and operate financial modeling. The best part, critical solutions had already been identified and built by the team, they just hadn’t been strung together and activated.

Provided a mid-sized content creator with independent 3rd party analysis to decide on the viability of a potential new product line. 


While company leadership clearly saw rapidly emerging demand, they felt too close to the opportunity to gauge its eventual size. By identifying critical market levers, surveying potential participants, and building out and populating a well-structured model with clearly articulated assumptions, we were able to move the discussion to one focused on the specific levels of investment that could be supported and the timing required.
